What is the IMEI?
IMEI's are used for activating accounts. Only one service provider at a time can register your IMEI with Alarm.com.
IMEI Verification
Use the form below to check if your module is currently registered.
How to find the IMEI for your Alarm.com module and initiate a cell test.
The IMEI on all Alarm.com modules can be found on the label as the S/N, IMEI, or ADC number depending on the panel type/carrier. In addition to that, the IMEI can be found in the panel after the module has been installed.
Instructions vary for each panel.

Find the IMEI \ Cell test
1. Flick down to open the menu, then tap Settings.
2. Tap Advanced Settings.
3. Enter the installer code, dealer code or master code.
4. Tap System Tests.
5. Tap Cellular Tests. The IMIE will be listed on this page
6. Click Start to initiate the cellular test.

4. Tap Radio Test. The IMIE will be listed on this page as the serial number.
5. Click Start Radio Test to initiate the cellular test.

Find the IMEI
1. Tap the GoControl symbol or the company's logo in corner of the screen.
2. Enter the installer code.
3. Tap Radio Status. The IMIE will be listed on this page as the serial number.
*If you don't know the installer code you can open your panel and find the IMEI on a sticker. It is printed on the cellular module following IMEI or ADC. If you don't see the IMEI then it may be on the backside of the module. You will need detach it from the panel to see it.
Cell Test
1. Tap Security.
2. Tap Menu.
3. Tap Toolbox.
4. Enter the master code.
5. Tap the right arrow button twice.
6. Tap Cell Phone Test.
7. Enter the installer code or master code again.

1.Tap System Settings (⚙️).
2. Scroll to Programming, then tap Enter for Programming.
3. Enter the installer code, then tap Ok.
4. Tap Interactive Services.
5. Tap Module Status. The IMIE will be listed on this page as the serial number.

Find the IMEI
1.The IMEI is printed inside the cellular module following SN/IMEI.
Cell Test
1. Press [*][6] followed by the master code.
2. Press [4].

Interlogix Simon XT
*3G modules require panel firmware version 1.2+ and 4G modules require panel firmware version 1.3+. Firmware version can be found by pressing the up/down arrow keys until the revision number is shown.
Find the IMEI
1. Press and hold [1] for 10 seconds. The IMEI displays on the screen.
Cell Test
For 3G Modules
1. Scroll down to System Test. Press OK.
2. Enter the Installer Code or Master Code.
3. Scroll down to Comm Test. Press OK.
For LTE Modules
1. Hold the [3] key for five seconds or until the display reads LTE Comm Test In Progress.

Find the IMEI
1.The IMEI is printed on the back of the module.
Cell Test
No cell tests are required to activate these modules.
