The IQ Water Valve is a retro fit servo that can operate 1/4 turn ball valves with pipes from 1/2” to 1 1/4” and installs easily WITHOUT THE NEED FOR A PLUMBER. It uses powerful Z-Wave 700 for maximum range and reliability. Compatible with the IQ Platform and Powerseries Pro.
 
The PG9985 is a fully supervised two-way wireless PowerG flood detector consisting of a probe connected to the device via a 1.8m (6ft) cable. The PG9985 senses the presence of water prompting advance warning of potential flooding. The transmitter is installed at a higher level on the wall with the probe located at floor level or a desired height. In the event that there is a water leak, the probe will detect the moisture and deliver the information to the transmitter.
 
The IQ Flood (QS5536-840 detects the presence of water and allows you to know when potential flooding occurs before extensive damage is done. Great for installing at the base of water heaters, washing machines, sinks, and more. Includes a 6’ wire with water contact sensor and encryption technology.
