Returns:
All returns must be authorized by Alberta Smart Home prior to being sent back. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@albertasmarthome.ca within 30 days of receiving the product. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds:
